9-11th Nov: Widespread Rain/Snowfall over higher reaches. (forecast confidence >75%)

11th onwards: Expect improvement.

Probable Impacts:

1. Snowfall & low temp. may lead to temporary disruption of surface transportation, mainly over Zojila, Jmu-Srinagar HW, Leh-Manali road etc.
